ABOUT TC
TC Megahan founded Arete Advisory Group to give Christian-school leaders candid, practical counsel rooted in the realities of leading a school. His work is informed by service as a teacher, athletic coach, administrator, head of school, board member, admissions and enrollment leader, financial-aid and development director, spiritual-life leader, consultant, pastor, and chaplain.
That range of experience is central to Arete's whole-school approach. Enrollment decisions affect finances. Financial decisions affect staffing and program quality. Governance shapes leadership health. Curriculum and student life reveal whether the mission is becoming visible. TC helps leaders see those connections, identify the decision underneath the immediate pressure, and move toward responsible action.

His wider experience in ministry, professional athletics chaplaincy, grief and trauma care, disaster response, teaching, coaching, business, and public speaking also informs how he works with people under pressure. Strategy matters, but so do trust, communication, judgment, and faithful presence.
TC earned a bachelor's degree in pastoral ministry and a Master of Divinity, with additional study in business, accounting, emergency management, crisis response, and Psychological First Aid. He has presented to school leaders, boards, faculty members, churches, conferences, and community organizations.
