PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Arete's public website is designed to provide useful information and private, browser-based self-assessment tools without collecting school data behind the scenes.
The School Health Pulse and guided creator tools operate in your browser. Responses are not saved to an Arete database or transmitted to Arete unless you choose to include them in an email or other direct communication.
When you submit an inquiry, Arete retains the name, school, contact information, area of interest, and message you provide so we can respond and manage the requested business relationship. Inquiry information is not sold or used for advertising.
Technology survey responses are retained for aggregate research and analysis. Individual responses are treated as confidential. An optional follow-up email is used only to contact respondents who voluntarily provide it and is not included in aggregate reporting.
Arete records limited, first-party activity such as pages viewed, general referral source, device category, and selected website actions. A random identifier kept only for the current browser session helps estimate visits. This measurement does not use advertising cookies, store IP addresses in Arete's analytics records, or create personal advertising profiles.
The hosting platform may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. Arete does not sell personal information or share website activity with advertising networks.
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the professional relationship, and meet ordinary business obligations. You may request correction or deletion by contacting Arete.
