What is being considered?

A free assessment, an annual advisory membership, or a separately scoped project. Annual membership costs $2 per enrolled student: 250 students means $500 annually.

What is included?

Full access to processes, content, assessments, and reports, an initial results-review Zoom consultation, and scheduled quarterly check-ins. Additional sessions, substantial projects, workshops, software, specialist coaching, and travel are separate.

What should the board agree?

1. The school decision, mission fit, and desired result.
2. The relevant assessment or service and its written deliverables.
3. Enrollment count, term, renewal/cancellation provisions, fees, and any travel estimate.
4. A school sponsor, approved records, confidentiality, and secure sharing method.
5. Decision dates, accountable owners, and progress measures.
