Arete is designed for Christian schools of different sizes, governance structures, traditions, and stages of development. Recommendations are shaped by the school’s mission, market, finances, leadership capacity, and operating reality rather than imposed from a generic model.

Yes. A focused engagement can address one defined decision such as tuition, financial aid, enrollment conversion, demographic opportunity, governance practice, accreditation readiness, or strategic-plan implementation.

How does Arete keep consulting affordable?

Accepted Answer

Arete defines the decision first, limits the work to evidence and deliverables that create value, and uses fixed engagement fees whenever the scope can be responsibly defined. Schools should not pay for unnecessary consulting layers or a generic package.

Does Arete publish standard prices?

Not yet. School size, available evidence, the number of leadership participants, travel, and the required analysis can materially change the work. Every paid engagement begins with a written scope and investment. Price ranges will be published after Arete has enough completed engagements to establish responsible standard packages.

How long does an engagement take?

A focused decision commonly takes two to four weeks. A whole-school assessment commonly takes four to eight weeks. Strategy and implementation work commonly takes eight to sixteen weeks. The written scope establishes the actual schedule.

What information will our school be asked to provide?

Only information relevant to the decision. Depending on scope, that may include enrollment history, capacity, tuition and aid, financial summaries, staffing, market information, policies, strategic documents, curriculum evidence, surveys, or leadership interviews.

Are online assessment responses saved?

The School Health Pulse and guided creator tools currently operate in the visitor’s browser and do not submit assessment responses to Arete. A school may choose separately to share results during a conversation.

How is confidential school information handled?

Confidentiality expectations should be documented in the engagement agreement. Arete limits collection to necessary information, distinguishes client evidence from public examples, and does not use identifiable school findings as marketing content without permission.

What does a school receive?

Deliverables depend on scope and may include executive findings, risk and opportunity priorities, demographic analysis, financial scenarios, board-ready recommendations, a three-year outlook, an implementation scorecard, or a facilitated decision session.

No. Arete strengthens the evidence, questions, options, and decision process. Governance and executive responsibility remain with the school’s authorized leaders.
